MANUTENZIONE: immergere la pirofila in acqua tiepida per 12 ore, successivamente è sufficiente evitare shock termici come porre la ceramica rovente su piani bagnati o sotto l’acqua fredda. Dopo il lavaggio, lasciarla asciugare capovolta prima di riporla in dispensa.

Il risultato è garantito, delle ottime patate arrostite come alla brace, ma con estrema semplicità: basta lavarle ed inserirle nel cuocipatate, dopo circa 40 mimuti estrarle, salare e gustare. Si possono aggiungere olio, pepe od altre erbe aromatiche a piacimento.
